How much does online ordering cost?

Ordering is included in every plan. Each online order carries a platform fee of €0.35 (excl. VAT), settled automatically. No percentage comes off your revenue.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your ordering site works on your own subdomain, such as order.yourrestaurant.com. We take care of the SSL certificate automatically.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments run through Stripe and land directly in your own Stripe account. Tablejoy only deducts the platform fee.

Where does my kitchen see the orders?

On the Tablejoy kitchen display, next to dine-in orders, or on a ticket printer. Pickup and delivery orders show their target time, so the kitchen knows what comes first.

Combo deals, second item half price and discounts within a time window. The basket suggests fitting extras on its own.

iDEAL, card and live tracking

Guests pay by iDEAL or card, or in cash at pickup. The money goes to your own Stripe account and the guest follows the order live.
