Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Tablejoy — including the reservation widget, the admin dashboard, and our iOS and Android apps (together, "the Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Wearemade, Middendam 4, 1141 BC Monnickendam, the Netherlands.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Our iOS and Android apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of an app is also subject to the applicable app store's terms. The apps are licensed, not sold, to you for use on devices you own or control. Where you obtain an app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms, has no obligation to provide support for the app, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you. We may release updates and may require you to install them to keep using the app.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

The Service, including the widget, admin, mobile apps, branding, and documentation, is owned by Tablejoy and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablejoy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
